Clickstream Data

Clickstreams are the paths a user takes when navigating a web page or the internet in general.

When you visit our web site our Internet Service Provider make a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes - the user's server address, the user's top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc), the data and time of visit to the site, and the type of browser used.

Cookies

A cookie is a short piece of data that is sent from a web server to a web browser on the user's machine when the browser visits the server's site. The cookie is stored on the user's machine, but it is not an executable program and cannot do anything to your machine.

Whenever a web browser requests a file from the same web server that sent the cookie, the browser sends a copy of that cookie back to the server along with the request. In this way, the server knows you have visited before and can co-ordinate your access to different pages on its web site. A server cannot find out a name or e-mail address, or anything about a user's computer, by using cookies.

E-mail addresses

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. We will not use your e-mail address or any of your personal details your email contains for any other purpose without your consent and we will not disclose your e-mail address without your consent. Electronic mail submitted to Stronglink is handled and saved according to the provisions of Australian Privacy legislation.

If you send an enquiry by e-mail to either a specific contact or a general enquiry address identified on the Stronglink web site, we will only use your personal details obtained from your enquiry to respond to your query or improve the site. In some instances, it may not be possible for Stronglink to provide the information requested directly. In such circumstances we may pass your enquiry to another department so that they can fulfil your information request. In either case we shall delete your personal data once we have acknowledged your comment, responded to your request or passed it on to another Department.

Logos
The copying and use of the Stronglink logo and other Stronglink -related logos is not permitted without prior approval of Stronglink. Permission requests should be directed to the Stronglink Pty Ltd . Tell us who you are, the organisation you represent (if any), how and why you wish to use our logo. Please include your contact details, including name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail.

Stronglink makes every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It is always wise for users to run an anti virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet. Stronglink cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material off the Stronglink web site.
