FAQs FAQs Just to cover a couple of the more commonly asked questions: Q) Why can't I log into the website? I am sure I have my details correct! A) The new website requires that you re-register. You can create a new account here . Q) I'm getting a message that the registration details are incomplete/incorrect? How can I fix this? A) You need to fill out the required fields fully and correctly, or your account wont be approved. For example The User Name can be whatever you like. eg. striker The Full Name needs to be your real name. eg. John Smith The Email address needs to be your real email address. As soon as your account is approved, you will be sent a temporary random password to that address. Once you have that password, you can log in to the website, and change it to something you will remember. Q) How to submit a Question/Query To submit an enquiry click on the contact us link and select feedback form. Fill out your enquiry in the comments box, please make sure that your contact details are completed to allow us to respond to your enquiry. Once completed then click submit feedback button.
