BUY ONLINE Delivery Stronglink provides next working day deliveries in Sydney, Melbourne CBD, Brisbane and greater metropolitan areas, if your Order is received prior to 3pm EST. All other capital cities and non-metropolitan areas should allow 2-3 working days for delivery depending on exact geographical locations. Stronglink offers free delivery in Syd, Mel & Bne metro areas for orders over $250.00 (excluding remote areas). If your Order is under $250.00 it will be subject to our standard Pricing Delivery Schedule. Heavy / Bulky items are identified within the site, for example, cable, racks & cabinets, conduit & duct and large quantities of connectivety. If a Heavy / Bulky item is ordered, a standard delivery fee will be applied. An additional fee may be applied if you are not available to sign for delivery, as the delivery driver will need to redeliver your Order at another time. If an additional fee is to be paid our Customer Support Staff will contact you. Box address for the delivery of goods. Delivery must be to a residential or business address. Special Delivery Instructions Brief instructions can be included with your order. This information can be added with your membership details when you log in to the site or at the time you finalise your Order. >Faulty / Damaged Goods If you receive damaged items please email Stronglink Customer Support Centre or call 1300 660 979 to speak to one of our Customer Support staff. A Return Authorisation number must be issued before any goods can be returned. Minimum Order Value While there is no minimum Order value, if your Order is below $250.00 you will be charged the appropriate delivery charge. Order Confirmation Once Stronglink has received your order, you will receive an Order Number which will be emailed to your specified email address if requested. You will also receive confirmation via email once your Order has been dispatched. Partial Orders / Out of Stock Items Whilst we endeavour to keep all product lines in stock at all times, if an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock our Stronglink Customer Support Centre staff will notify you by phone/email to arrange a solution. In the event that all items requested in your Order are not delivered, we will endeavour to provide them to you at the earliest opportunity. You will not be charged for out of stock items until they are actually delivered.
